The Community Center activity room, located in the same building as the Management Office, is available to rent for parties, weddings, receptions, church services, etc.  Monthly meetings of the Board of Governors, community meetings and committee meetings are held in the Community Center.  
 
Sequoyah's Management staff operates from the Management Office.  Sequoyah's Maintenance staff is also located onsite but operates from the maintenance shop on Laramie Place.

Management Office Staff
 
General Manager - Islam Kamal
  • The General Manager's job duties include managing the operations of the office, including supervision of the office staff, assisting in financial and asset management of the property.  The General Manager provides general support to the co-owners and the Board. 
Assistant Manager - Flavia Becerra
  • The job duties of this position include resolving owner issues, coordinating onsite vendors, and supporting the staff. The Asstistant Manager is responsible for increasing co-owner and resident satisfaction and maintaining good community communication.
 
Covenants Coordinator - Jenny Pedraza
  • The Covenants Coordinator's job duties include inspection of the units in the community to ensure that all residents are adhering to Sequoyah’s rules and regulations. This position supports the Covenants Committee in their review each month.
Documents Coordinator - Evelyn Velasquez
  • The duties of this position include assisting in the preparation of condo questionnaires, resale packets, and other document requests.  They provides customer service to co-owners and assists them with various other needs.  The Documents Coordinator works closely with the Service Team to coordinate between the homeowners, residents, and vendors.
 
 
 

 
Maintenance Staff
 
Service Manager - Ivan Martinez
  • The job duties of this position include supervision of the maintenance staff in coordination with the Management Office, oversight of property maintenance and vendor, ordering and tracking maintenance supplies and equipment.  The Service Manager works closely with the Consulting Engineer on capital projects.  Ivan brings vast knowledge to Sequoyah and supports his team by imparting his expertise through training. 
Assistant Service Manager - Rene Chicas
  • Rene's job duties include performing major repairs on the property as assigned by the Service Manager.  He specializes in roofing and water intrusion issues at the property.  Rene steps to assume the duties of the Service Manager when he is not on the property.  
Lead Service Technician - Edwin Nunez
  • Edwin's job duties include performing repairs on the property as assigned by the supervisor and management.  Edwin supports the service team and brings great benefit to Sequoyah by spearheading our contingency projects. 
Service Technician - Eduardo Gomez
  • Eduardo's duties include cleaning in the carports, driveways and common areas and  other maintenance repairs as needed.
Service Technician - Oscar Alvarez
  • Oscar's job duties includes assisting in the cleaning of the carports and driveways.  He also provides maintenance of Sequoyah's common areas.
Service Technician - Horacio Alvarez
Horacio's job duties includes assisting in the cleaning of the carports and driveways.  Horacio also helps with maintenance of Sequoyah's common areas.
 
Grounds Personnel - Sindy Aguilar
  • Sindy's job duties include cleaning of the Community Center and office and assisting with cleaning of the common areas.
