Sequoyah is governed by a seven member Board of Governors who are elected by the co-owners to administer the business affairs of the community. The Board typically meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. Co-owners are invited to attend these meetings and listen to the discussions of the various issues facing the community.

New members to the Board of Governors are elected by the co-owners at the Annual Meeting, which is held each year in November. An Annual Meeting packet will be mailed to all co-owners several weeks prior to the Annual Meeting. This packet contains your Board of Governors election ballot, voting instructions, candidate biographies, the budget for the coming year and other important community announcements and information.
