ION Water Sensors
We have selected the following addresses for our next phase of water sensor installations beginning January 2027. Notice will arrive to doors, emails and in the mail in the upcoming weeks.
Capistrano Pl, Sausalito Pl, El Cerrito Pl, Needles Pl, Redondo Pl, Casa Grande Pl, and Monte Vista Pl.
Things To Know
- Only bagged household trash is collected on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by the trash removal contractor. You may place your securely tied trash bags or trash cans in the areas designated for collection the day of pickup no later than 8am.
- Materials for recycling are the sole responsibility of Residents to be brought to the designated Recycling bins located next to dumpsters. (call the Management office for more information).
- Board meetings occur every 4th Tuesday monthly at 7:30 pm. Link can be found under the Co-Owners Tab.
- Pick-up after your pet! Pet stations are located throughout the Community.
