We are excited to announce the 2026 pool season will be from May 24th to September 1st. We will begin issuing pool passes at the Management Office on April 27, 2026. To receive a pool pass, you must reside at Sequoyah, your name must be in the unit file on a lease, closing document/settlement statement, or supplemental, and submit a pool pass application. 

 

We have selected the following addresses for our water sensor test rollout on the week of March 23rd, 2026. Notice was sent to these units via mail 3/5/26.

 

Burlingame Pl, Mariposa Pl, Silverada Pl, Laramie Pl, and Manzanita Pl (partial). 

 

Once completed, we will be reviewing its leak detection ability, and savings. If it meets our standards and proves to provide savings, the Board will review and vote on whether to implement across the community.

• Only bagged household trash is collected on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by the trash removal contractor. You may place your securely tied trash bags or trash cans in the areas designated for collection the day of pickup no later than 8am. 

• Materials for recycling are the sole responsibility of Residents to be brought to the designated Recycling bins located next to dumpsters. (call the Management office for more information).
