ION Water Sensors
We have selected the following addresses for our next phase of water sensor installations beginning August 17, 2026. Notice was sent to these units via door July 21, 2026.
Havenwood Pl, Sonora Pl, Joshua Pl, Tiburon Pl, Segundo Pl, Seven Woods Dr and Manzanita Pl (partial).
Reminders
Pets are welcome at Sequoyah, but there are rules and requirements that must be always followed on the property.
- Pet owners shall be responsible for immediate clean-up and proper disposal of pet waste deposited on any common elements or limited common elements in Sequoyah, including the Designated Dog- Walking Areas.
We need your help. Please only place toilet paper in the toilets. Items such as sanitary products, paper towels, and wipes can cause backups in the units.
Things To Know
- Only bagged household trash is collected on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by the trash removal contractor. You may place your securely tied trash bags or trash cans in the areas designated for collection the day of pickup no later than 8am.
- Materials for recycling are the sole responsibility of Residents to be brought to the designated Recycling bins located next to dumpsters. (call the Management office for more information).
- Board meetings occur every 4th Tuesday monthly at 7:30 pm. Link can be found under the Co-Owners Tab.
- Pick-up after your pet! Pet stations are located throughout the Community.
