Great News!

 

The Board of Governors has approved the 2024 Budget.  In 2024, Sequoyah Owners will receive an unheard of 3.06% DECREASE in their monthly assessments.  This decrease was achieved while still fully funding the Replacement Reserve account as directed in our most recent Reserve Study. You can see the full budget on the Budget section of this website in the Co-Owners area or contact the Management Office.  For your convenience see the new assessment amounts by unit size and classifications below.
