Replacement of HVAC Units
As a reminder to all co-owners, replacement of the exterior portion of the HVAC for your unit requires approval by the Association prior to installation. Depending on the configuration of your unit, restrictions may be in place for the style and placement of HVAC that will be approved. Please fill out the ARC form and submit it to the Management Office, along with a detailed description of the HVAC unit you would like to use and the specifications for installation.
