Landscape Pruning
The landscape contractor, BrightView Landscape Services, will begin rejuvenation/renovation pruning in mid-May. This will occur throughout the property and will result in a significant reduction in overgrowth in Sequoyah's bushes and plants. If you have received approval to plant bushes or plants in the common area, please ensure that you have placed a reflector in those areas to indicate to the contractor that you are maintaining the area and it should not receive pruning.
If you have any questions or would like to make a landscape request regarding pruning, please contact the management office no later than May 14, 2020.
