Important Special Assessment Update
The Board has voted to adjust the due date of the special assessment from May 1st to July 1st, 2022. CMC’s notification has already been mailed out, but please disregard the due date of May 1st, 2022. You will be receiving physical notification today, April 1st, 2022.
