Snow Removal
Sequoyah contracts for snow removal for its streets, parking lots and sidewalks. Sequoyah’s contractor responds to the property when snow reaches depth or when called by Management for pre-treatment or other services.
Sequoyah residents are responsible for clearing and placing ice melt materials around their own vehicles, on their individual stoop, on the patio and on the deck attached to their unit, including the stairway leading to the decks in the fiveplexes.
