New Payment Method Coming Soon
New Online Payment Provider
FirstService Residential will soon be introducing ClickPay as the new platform for accepting payments online. Through ClickPay, you will be able to view and pay your balance online by e-check now for FREE or by credit or debit card for a nominal fee.
Important: If you make payments online through the existing provider, Paylease, your account and any automatic payments scheduled through this platform will be disabled as of 03/19/17. You will be required to activate your account with ClickPay on or after 03/20/17 in order to pay online moving forward.
Changes to Direct-Debit Program
Payments set up to withdraw through the Direct-Debit program will be moving to ClickPay beginning 03/20/17.
This change will not disrupt payments set up through the original Direct-Debit program. Payments will continue to withdraw automatically and will be listed on bank statements as the association name.
No action is necessary at this time regarding the above billing changes.
