The Management Office will begin issuing parking decals for 2022.  To provide better customer service we are providing decals by street this year.  You may submit your parking application online at parking@sequoyahcondos.net or stop in during the week we are focusing on your street.  If you cannot make it into the office during our regular business hours the week your street is scheduled, don't worry.  You will be able to pick your decal(s) up between Monday December 13 and Thursday December 30, 2021.  We will also be offering extended hours until 7:30 pm on Tuesday December 14, Thursday December 16, and Tuesday December 21 for anyone who needs an evening appointment.

 

This year's schedule is:

 

Monday November 8- Saturday November 13-   Havenwood, Manzanita, Mariposa, and Tiburon

Monday November 15- Saturday November 20-  Miramonte, Monte Vista, San Leandro, and Sonora

Monday November 22- Saturday November 27-  Casa Grande, Laramie, Pantano, Seven Woods, and Silverada

Monday November 29 - Saturday December 4-   El Camino, El Soneta, and Woodhue

Monday December 6 - Saturday December 11- Burlingame, Capistrano, El Cerrito, Joshua, Needles, Redondo, Sausalito, and Segundo

 

Please remember to provide a valid driver's license, valid vehicle registration, and proof of residency at Sequoyah with your completed parking application.  If any are missing this will delay the process of getting your decal(s).  Parking Applications are found on the forms section of this website, in the management office or by clicking here.
