The Board of Governors has approved the FY2022 Budget for Sequoyah.  This brings new Annual Assessment rates that become effective January 1, 2022.  These new rates can be found in both the Assessment and Budget pages of this website.  You may also contact the Management Office at sequoyah@sequoyahcondos.net for more information.  

 

Please don't forget to make any necessary adjusts to ensure that your assessment payments are correct beginning January 1, 2022.  We understand that the generation of the Budget and how Assessments are determined can be confusing.  To assist you with understanding, we have added a section to the Co-Owners section of the website entitled Budget and Assessment Frequently Asked Questions for answers to the most common questions about the budgeting and assessment process.
