The Management Office will begin issuing 2019 parking decals and visitor passes on November 1, 2018, during regular business hours. To accommodate our residents, the office will remain open until 7:30 p.m. during the month of December on the following dates:

December:  11, 13, 18, 20, 27

In addition, the office will remain open until 3:00 p.m. on the last two Saturdays of the month of December.

In order to obtain your new decal, you will need the following:

• Co-Owners: A copy of the Closing Disclosure must be on file with the management office. 
• Renters: A current, unexpired copy of your fully executed lease must be provided upon application or be on file. 
• A completed application. Print applications under the "Forms" section or pick them up at the management office.
• Driver’s license and vehicle registration must be current and contain your current Sequoyah address.
• Monthly assessment account can not be more than sixty (60) days past due in any amount owed to the Association.
