Resident Orientation
The Management Office offers a resident orientation before the Board meeting each month from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Community Center. The orientation focuses on the rules and regulations that govern the community but also offers both new and established residents the opportunity to ask any questions they may have regarding the administration of the property.
Please join us on January 24th at 6:00 p.m. for the next orientation. Please come prepared with any questions you may have about the rules and regulations of the community. You may also wish to bring any other questions you have regarding parking, pool passes, trash pickup, budgeting, condo fees, etc.
