Welcome to Sequoyah!

On behalf of the council of co-owners, we want to welcome you to our community.  We're delighted you've purchased a home in Sequoyah.  We hope the information below and throughout this site will help you become better acquainted with us.

This page contains the Master Deed, The Council By-Laws and the Rules and Regulations that have been approved by your fellow co-owners.  These are rules we have agreed to live by.  They're important in helping us to achieve a sense of community, and respect the rights of our fellow co-owners.

A seven member board of Governors, elected by the co-owners to administer the business affairs of the community, governs Sequoyah.  The board meets on the first Tuesday of each month, at 7:30 P.M. in the Sequoyah Community Center at 8010 Seven Woods Drive.  You are invited to attend these meetings, and listen to the discussions of the various issues facing the community.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding maintenance, please feel free to stop by the community center office between 9:00AM and 5:30PM Monday through Friday.
