New Payment Method

Effective March 20, 2017, in order to pay your monthly condominium assessment online, you must create an account with the new provider, ClickPay. Using ClickPay, you can make individual or automatic payments online for FREE when paying by e-check (ACH) or for a nominal fee when paying by credit card.
To get started, click on the link emailed to you on March 20th or create an account using the account number found on your statement by visiting
www.ClickPay.com/FirstService. 
 
Important: If you made payments online through the previous provider, Paylease, your account and any automatic payments scheduled through this platform have been disabled. You will be required to activate your account with ClickPay in order to pay online moving forward. 

Payments set up to withdraw through the Direct-Debit program are also moving to ClickPay effective March 20, 2017. This change will not disrupt payments set up through the original Direct-Debit program. Payments will continue to withdraw automatically and will be listed on bank statements as the association name.
