Gutter Cleaning
Sequoyah has contracted with NV Roofing for gutter cleaning throughout the property.  This work will take place over the next several weeks and notices will be delivered to each unit with more specifics as they reach each area.  The contractor may also perform shingle repairs on the buildings, if needed, as they move through the property.  Please contact the Management Office with any questions.
Budget Committee Charter
At the June 16, 2020 Board meeting, the Board of Governors approved a charter for the Sequoyah Budget Committee. This charter is contained in Administrative Resolution 7 and  can be found under the Governing Documents section of the website or by clicking here. Please contact the Management Office if you have any questions or if you are an owner and would like to volunteer for the 2021 Budget Committee.
Closure of Amenities
Due to COVID-19, the Sequoyah pools will be closed for the 2020 pool season.  The playground and tennis courts will also remain closed until further notice.  Please continue to check this website frequently for new updates as they are posted.
Sequoyah Operating Status
As of July 1st, the onsite Sequoyah management office continues to remain open but is not available for walk-in requests at this time.  All requests, including parking permit requests, will be handled remotely.  Please call the office first so the staff may determine how best to assist you. You may reach the management office at (703) 780-8225 during regular business hours.
