The Community Center activity room is available to rent for parties, weddings, receptions, church services, etc.  Monthly meetings of the Board of Governors, community meetings and committee meetings are held in the Community Center.  Sequoyah's Management staff operates from this location.  Sequoyah's Maintenance staff is also located onsite but operates from a different location.

Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
 
 
The Sequoyah Community Center Management Office is open from 8:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of every month and the third Tuesday on alternating months to offer extended hours to our working residents.
 

 
Management Office Staff
 
General Manager - Jessica Kemp
  • The General Manager's job duties include managing the operations of the office, including supervision of the office staff, maintenance staff and contractors, assisting in financial management and maintenance of the property and providing general support to the co-owners and the Board. 
Covenants Coordinator - Alexandra Jolley
  • The Covenants Coordinator's job duties include inspection of the units in the community to ensure that all residents are adhering to Sequoyah’s rules and regulations. This position supports the Covenants Committee in their review each month.
Documents Coordinator - Shalayah Nesbitt
  • The duties of this position include assisting in the preparation of condo questionnaires and resale packets, providing customer service to co-owners and assisting with various other administrative work.
Community Service Representative - Flavia Becerra
  • The job duties of this position include greeting residents when they visit the Management Office, answering telephone calls and various other administrative work. 
 
 

 
Maintenance Staff
 
Maintenance Supervisor - Julio Rivas
  • Julio's job duties include supervision of the maintenance staff in coordination with the Management Office, oversight of property maintenance and ordering and tracking maintenance supplies and equipment.
Maintenance Staff - Elvis Alvarez
  • Elvis' job duties include performing repairs on the property as assigned by the supervisor and management.
Maintenance Grounds Staff - Horacio Alvarez
  • Horacio's job duties includes assisting in the cleaning of the carports and driveways.  Horacio also helps with maintenance of Sequoyah's common areas.
Maintenance Staff - Rene Chicas
  • Rene's job duties include performing repairs on the property as assigned by the supervisor and management.
Maintenance Helper and Grounds Staff - Eduardo Gomez
  • Eduardo's duties include cleaning in the carports, driveways and common areas and assisting with other maintenance repairs as needed.
Maintenance Janitor - Lucia Martinez
  • Lucia's job duties include cleaning of the Community Center and office and assisting with cleaning of the common areas.
Maintenance Staff - Edwin Nunez
  • Edwin's job duties include performing repairs on the property as assigned by the supervisor and management.
Maintenance Grounds Staff - Oscar Alvarez
  • Oscar's job duties includes assisting in the cleaning of the carports and driveways.  He also helps with maintenance of Sequoyah's common areas.
