Information Question: What is the current cost for the Resale Disclosure Packages?   Answer: Effective July 1, 2007 the fee for the Resale Disclosure Packages will be as follows: Normal Processing (14 - 15 days) = $325.00 Rush Processing (4 - 5 days) = $350.00. This year the General Assembly amended the Virginia Condominium Act's section on Resale Disclosure Packets (55-79.97 and 55-512) to permit the price increase. The fee will be adjusted annually to reflect changes in the Consumer Price Index.
