2017 Pool Season

The pool season is quickly approaching, and the community pool will be open from May 27th through Labor Day.  All residents are required to have their pool pass to access the facility. Passes will be issued starting on May 1st. To obtain your pool pass, complete an application available at the Management Office or on the Sequoyah website.  In the month of May, the Management Office hours will be extended on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. to better serve you in obtaining your pool pass.
In addition to a pool application, the following must be on file or provided to the Management Office at the time you apply for a pool pass:
  • A current and valid picture ID 
  • A current and valid copy of your HUD1, Deed, Rental Lease or Supplemental Unit Form.  All residents, including children, must be named on the document.
**Pool passes will not be issued on assessment accounts more than sixty (60) days past due.
 
Safety is everyone’s responsibility. Please take a few minutes to read over the pool rules included with the pool pass application or visit the Sequoyah website at www.sequoyahcondos.net. For the safety of Co-Owners, residents, children  and guests, abide by the rules and respect instructions by lifeguards. With everyone’s cooperation, we can all look forward to a fun and safe pool season!

            Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
May Extended Hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
 
Pool Hours
Prior to Fairfax County School closing,
Monday — Friday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
 
After Fairfax County School closing,
Monday—Friday 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday  12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
 
 
New Payment Method

Effective March 20, 2017, in order to pay your monthly condominium assessment online, you must create an account with the new provider, ClickPay. Using ClickPay, you can make individual or automatic payments online for FREE when paying by e-check (ACH) or for a nominal fee when paying by credit card.
To get started, click on the link emailed to you on March 20th or create an account using the account number found on your statement by visiting
www.ClickPay.com/FirstService. 
 
Important: If you made payments online through the previous provider, Paylease, your account and any automatic payments scheduled through this platform have been disabled. You will be required to activate your account with ClickPay in order to pay online moving forward. 

Payments set up to withdraw through the Direct-Debit program are also moving to ClickPay effective March 20, 2017. This change will not disrupt payments set up through the original Direct-Debit program. Payments will continue to withdraw automatically and will be listed on bank statements as the association name.

The resident orientation offers both new and established residents the opportunity to ask any questions they may have regarding the administration of the property. 
Please come prepared with any questions you may have about the rules and regulations of the community, as well as any questions you have regarding parking, pool passes, trash pickup, budgeting, condo fees, etc.
